NOTICE FOR STAND BUILDING

1.Data of the exhibition hall
Dimension of the door for exhibits: 4.2m (w)*4.2m (h)
Floor load: 3000kg/sqm
Floor height: 15-36m
Limited height for stands: 6m

2.The shell scheme is equipped with:
Partition wall: width 97cm, height 248cm
Fascia: net width 220mm
Furniture: 1 information counter, 2 folding chairs, 1 dustbin.
Power: 5A, 220V. The exhibitors who need the socket must apply at the onsite service counter (only deposit 300RMB/piece, no renting fees)
Lighting: 2 Spotlights (60W/Spotlight).

3.Please remind your constructor to register at Engineering Department of the Exhibition Center before they work in the exhibition hall and pay the Center administration fee 10RMB/sqm.

4.If you can not finish the stand building on time, please apply for doing over time work before 16:00. Its fee is as following:
Less than 50sqm 　50RMB/hour
50-100sqm　　　　 100RMB/hour
Over 100sqm, the charges standard will be calculated accordingly
The above price will be increased by 100% after 24:00.

5.Storage fee:
Indoor: 10RMB/m3 every day
Open air: 4RMB/ m3 for one day
Damageable: 15RMB/ m3every day
