TERMS OF PAYMENT |
All invoices submitted by the Fair management are payable on receipt of the invoice. The full payment is due before August 1st, 2008.
Any application for cancellation or change of the contract must be made in writing.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
1. The organizer, hereupon state that the exhibitor, who applies to participate in the World Dairy Expo & Summit / China¡¯08, will be required to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Contract on space renting.
2. The expo will be held at Harbin International Conference Exhibition & Sports Center from September 7 to 9, 2008. The assembly date is from September 5 to 6.
3. The organizer reserves the right to change the venue or the dates of the fair if force major occurs. Exhibitors shall not be entitled to claim for compensation against such changes.
4. The exhibitors shall abide by the relevant laws of the Chinese government. If the exhibitor violates the law, the organizer is entitled to close his stand. The exhibitor shall be responsible for all the losses resulting from breaking the law.
5. The trade fairgrounds and halls shall generally be patrolled for 24-hour by security guards appointed by the organizer. However, they shall not be liable for losses or damages to the exhibitor¡¯s goods. The exhibitor shall be responsible for his own stand security.
6. All stand rent invoices issued by the organizer are due without deduction immediately after the date of invoice. The full and timely payment of the participation fee by the due date is the pre-requisite for taking possession of the exhibition space by the exhibitor. Any objections to the invoice shall only be considered if made within 14 days of the date of the invoice and in writing. |
